We offer ‘pay-it-forward’ community classes, private coaching and online BJJ mentoring for adults.

Profit from these initiatives goes back into our youth programmes.

Access black belt level classes, coaching and mentoring through Rise at community prices!

We know BJJ isn’t affordable or accessible for everyone. We offer adult community classes on a ‘pay-it-forward’ model. This means anyone can take part in our adult classes, including disadvantaged groups such as refugees and asylum seekers.

We particularly encourage those who feel that other gym environments are intimidating or macho to come give our classes a go.

We offer private coaching sessions with advanced instructors (purple belt and up) at competitive prices.

We also offer online mentoring and feedback around competition or training footage (from a black belt) at a monthly contribution through our Supporters Club, or at a competitive rate.

All profits from these activities go back into our youth programmes.

What participants say:

“These classes are so fun and empowering! Tom is competent, patient and keeps the energy light and positive - overall a wonderful teacher. He’s excellent at breaking down the steps and gradually building on the sequences we’re learning, by the end you get a real sense you’ve achieved something.”
